Frequently Asked
Quick answers. If yours isn't here, send us a message.
What are the packages and what's included? +
Three packages, starting at $350. Essentials ($350, 2 hours): one episode focus, 4-cam video, broadcast audio, light engineer support, raw footage delivered. Studio ($500, 3 hours, our most popular): batch-record up to 3 episodes, on-site engineer, light edit on your primary episode, plus show notes, transcript, chapters, and 2-3 short clips for social. Producer ($1,200, 4 hours): batch-record up to 4 episodes, senior engineer plus on-site producer, full edit on every episode, plus per-episode show notes, transcript, chapters, and 3-5 short clips. See /pricing for the full breakdown.
How many episodes can I record in one session? +
Up to 3. Three hours is plenty of time to batch-record 2 to 3 episodes back-to-back, which is how most serious creators build a content backlog without paying for additional studio days. Come in with multiple outlines and we'll keep the cameras rolling.
How does the deposit work? +
A 50% deposit is collected at booking to hold your slot, $175 on Essentials, $250 on Studio, $600 on Producer. The remainder is due on arrival.
What is your cancellation policy? +
You have 48 hours from the time you book to cancel for a full refund of your deposit. After that 48-hour window, the deposit is non-refundable, even if your session is weeks away. This protects the slot for other creators.
How many guests can be on camera? +
Up to 4 guests on camera comfortably. Larger groups, get in touch first.
Do I get the raw footage? +
You get the finished, lightly-edited episode by default. Raw footage delivery can be arranged on request before your session.
When can I book? +
7 days a week. Pick any whole-hour start time from 9 AM (start times clamp depending on package length so every session ends by 9 PM). Sessions need to be locked in at least 24 hours in advance. Book online at the link in the nav.
Where is the studio? +
Atlanta, GA. Exact address is sent with your booking confirmation. Parking is on site.
Can I bring my own gear? +
Absolutely. Everything you need is already here, but if you have a preferred mic, camera, or laptop, bring it.
What should I wear? +
Solid colors look best on camera. Avoid tight stripes or busy patterns. The set is dark with warm accents, so most colors work.
Do you offer editing beyond the light edit? +
Yes, on the Producer package. Producer ($1,200, 4 hours) includes a full edit on every episode you record plus per-episode show notes, transcript, chapters, and 3-5 short clips for TikTok / Reels / Shorts. Studio ($500) includes a light edit + post-production on your primary episode. If you need something between or custom, just ask.
